MONOLITH is an independent application layer built on the XRP Ledger. It is not Ripple, the XRP Ledger Foundation, XRPL Labs, Xaman, or an official component of the XRP Ledger.

Coordinate Deeds

A Coordinate Deed NFT establishes ownership and control of a coordinate inside the MONOLITH platform. It is not physical real estate, legal title to land, equity, a security, or ownership of any portion of the XRP Ledger.

No Financial Advice

MONOLITH provides technology, public blockchain information, and software utilities. Nothing presented by MONOLITH constitutes financial, investment, trading, tax, accounting, or legal advice.

Digital-Asset Risk

Digital assets involve substantial risk. Values may rise or fall rapidly. Transactions may be irreversible. Users are responsible for evaluating risks, verifying transaction details, protecting wallet credentials, and complying with applicable laws.

Non-Custodial Operation

MONOLITH does not hold user private keys, recovery phrases, or custody user assets. Wallet signatures and transactions are authorized by users through compatible wallet software.

Network and Third-Party Dependencies

MONOLITH depends on the XRP Ledger, validators, amendments, infrastructure providers, wallet services, hosting systems, APIs, and other third parties. Features may be delayed, unavailable, changed, or blocked by conditions outside MONOLITH’s control.

Public Information

Wallet addresses, transactions, balances, NFTs, and other XRPL data are publicly accessible. Information displayed by MONOLITH may be delayed, incomplete, or affected by third-party data sources.

No Guarantee

MONOLITH is provided on an “as is” and “as available” basis without guarantees of uninterrupted operation, profit, market value, liquidity, availability, or suitability for any specific purpose.
