MONOLITH Privacy Policy

This policy explains how MONOLITH handles information when you use its website and XRPL-connected utilities.

Information We Process

MONOLITH may process public XRPL wallet addresses, transaction hashes, destination tags, Coordinate Deed NFT identifiers, tile coordinates, public profile content, links, images, wallet-signature results, technical logs, IP addresses, browser information, and support communications.

Public Blockchain Data

The XRP Ledger is public. Wallet addresses, balances, transactions, NFTs, and related ledger activity may be permanently visible and cannot be deleted or altered by MONOLITH.

How Information Is Used

• Verify wallet control, payments, ownership, and Coordinate Deeds.
• Operate tile pages, marketplace functions, and XRPL utilities.
• Prevent fraud, abuse, unauthorized changes, and security threats.
• Maintain, troubleshoot, and improve MONOLITH.
• Meet legal obligations and respond to valid legal requests.

Wallet Security

MONOLITH is non-custodial. We do not request or store private keys or recovery phrases. Never provide them to MONOLITH or anyone claiming to represent MONOLITH.

Third-Party Services

MONOLITH may interact with Xaman, XRPL infrastructure providers, hosting services, analytics tools, and external websites. Their privacy practices are governed by their own policies.

Cookies and Local Storage

MONOLITH may use essential cookies or browser storage for wallet sessions, preferences, security, and platform operation. These technologies are not used to obtain wallet private keys.

Retention and Security

Information is retained only as reasonably necessary for platform operation, security, records, dispute handling, and legal compliance. Reasonable safeguards are used, but no internet-connected system can guarantee absolute security.

Your Choices

You may avoid submitting optional profile information and may clear browser storage. Information permanently recorded on the XRP Ledger remains public and outside MONOLITH’s control.

Changes

This policy may be updated as MONOLITH evolves. The effective date will identify the current version.
