MONOLITH Terms of Use
Effective August 14, 2026
These Terms govern your access to and use of MONOLITH, including its website, Coordinate Deed NFTs, tile pages, marketplace features, payments, and XRPL-connected utilities.
Eligibility and Acceptance
By using MONOLITH, you confirm that you are legally permitted to use blockchain services in your jurisdiction and accept these Terms.
Non-Custodial Service
MONOLITH does not control your wallet, private keys, recovery phrases, or blockchain assets. You are solely responsible for wallet security and every transaction you authorize.
Coordinate Deeds
A Coordinate Deed NFT represents ownership and control of a MONOLITH coordinate within the MONOLITH application layer. It does not represent ownership of physical property, intellectual property belonging to others, equity, securities, or ownership of the XRP Ledger.
Payments and Blockchain Transactions
Transactions submitted to the XRP Ledger are generally irreversible. Network fees, exchange rates, wallet compatibility, ledger availability, and third-party service performance may affect transactions. Users must verify all transaction details before signing.
User Content and Conduct
You may not use MONOLITH for unlawful activity, fraud, impersonation, infringement, malware, harassment, or content that violates applicable law. MONOLITH may restrict content or access when required to protect the platform, its users, or legal compliance.
Availability
Features may change, pause, or depend on XRPL amendments, validators, third-party APIs, wallets, infrastructure, or network conditions. Continuous or error-free availability is not guaranteed.
No Financial Advice
MONOLITH provides software and blockchain-connected utilities. Nothing on the platform is financial, investment, tax, or legal advice.
Limitation of Liability
To the fullest extent permitted by law, MONOLITH and House of Cauliman are not liable for wallet loss, user error, unauthorized access, market loss, failed transactions, third-party failures, network interruptions, or indirect damages arising from platform use.
Changes
These Terms may be updated as MONOLITH evolves. Continued use after an update constitutes acceptance of the revised Terms.
Contact
Questions may be directed through the official MONOLITH or House of Cauliman channels.
