How to Buy

Open a product, choose any required options, add it to your cart and continue to checkout. Sign in with Xaman when prompted.

My Orders

Sign in with the same Xaman wallet used during checkout and open My Orders to review your order, payment and fulfillment status.

Order Says Pending Payment

Do not send a second payment unless MONOLITH specifically asks you to. If you already paid, keep the XRPL transaction hash and contact support.

Sold Out or Unavailable

MONOLITH checks current inventory during checkout. A product may become unavailable if another buyer reserves or purchases the remaining inventory first.

Seller Center

Manage your seller profile, products, inventory, shipping settings, orders and fulfillment.

Seller Verification

Sellers must complete MONOLITH seller verification before products can be sold publicly.

Order Notifications

Email notifications are optional. Add an email address in Order Notifications and enable the notification checkbox to receive an email after a paid order is confirmed.

Fulfillment

Paid orders appear in the Seller Center. Begin processing the order, add shipping and tracking information when appropriate, and update the fulfillment status.

Payment Verification

Signing a Xaman request does not by itself mean an order is paid. MONOLITH verifies the validated XRPL transaction before the order is marked paid.

Wrong or Failed Payment

If payment fails, do not manually send $XRP to a wallet address shown elsewhere on the site. Return to the order or contact support with the order ID.

Seller Payouts

MONOLITH records the seller proceeds for a paid order and processes the seller payout separately after the buyer payment is validated.

Transaction Hashes

When contacting support about a payment, include the XRPL transaction hash when available. Never send your seed phrase or private key.

No Shipping Rate Available

The seller may not currently ship to your destination. Check the destination information you entered and try again.

Tracking

When a seller marks an order shipped, tracking information can be attached to the fulfillment record.

Delivery Problem

Keep your order ID, tracking number and any carrier information. Contact the seller when possible and contact MONOLITH support if the issue cannot be resolved.

Shipping Questions for Sellers

Review your product shipping profile, supported countries, rates and packaging information before publishing products.

Unpaid Orders

An unpaid checkout can be cancelled before payment is received. Any inventory reservation associated with that checkout is released.

Paid Orders

Paid orders cannot be cancelled as unpaid orders. They must use the MONOLITH refund process.

Refund Review

Refunds are tied to the original validated payment. MONOLITH verifies the refund transaction on the XRP Ledger before the order is recorded as refunded.

Marketplace Rules

Review seller responsibilities, prohibited products, fulfillment expectations and marketplace enforcement.

Xaman Doesn't Open

• Use Safari, Chrome or another regular browser.
• Avoid embedded social-media browsers.
• Make sure Xaman is installed and up to date.
• Retry the MONOLITH sign-in or payment request.

Page Looks Outdated

• Refresh the page.
• Close and reopen the browser tab.
• Try a private/incognito browser window.
• Make sure you are using monolithxrpl.com.

Sign-In Problems

Use the same Xaman wallet associated with the action you are trying to manage. Seller tools require the verified seller wallet.

Something Isn't Acting Right

MONOLITH is actively maintained. If a page or action produces an unexpected result, capture the message shown on screen and contact support before repeating a payment.
