MONOLITH is a marketplace for lawful physical merchandise. Buyers and sellers remain responsible for complying with applicable laws, marketplace rules and legitimate order obligations.
Listings must be lawful physical merchandise. Illegal goods, dangerous or prohibited products, counterfeit merchandise, stolen property, fraudulent listings and products that violate applicable marketplace restrictions are not permitted.
Product titles, descriptions, images, pricing, condition and availability must accurately represent what the buyer will receive. Sellers may not use deceptive claims, fake product information or misleading fulfillment promises.
Sellers are responsible for having the legal right to sell the products, brands, artwork, images and other intellectual property used in their listings.
Sellers are responsible for product safety, required licenses, regulatory compliance, taxes, labeling and any laws that apply to the products they sell or the locations where they sell them.
Sellers are responsible for accurate shipping information, packaging, fulfillment, delivery obligations and handling legitimate buyer issues. Refunds and order actions must follow MONOLITH order controls and marketplace procedures.
MONOLITH may review, restrict, suspend or remove products or seller access when necessary for policy violations, legal concerns, fraud, safety issues, repeated buyer problems or marketplace abuse.
Paying with $XRP or settling an order on the XRPL does not exempt a seller, buyer or product from applicable laws, marketplace rules or seller responsibilities.
MONOLITH deducts 3% from merchandise sales. Shipping is not charged a marketplace fee. Buyers make one $XRP payment to MONOLITH, and seller proceeds are paid out after payment validation.
By selling through MONOLITH, you agree to the Merch Store Rules and understand that products and seller accounts may be reviewed, restricted, suspended, or removed for policy violations, legal concerns, fraud, safety issues, or marketplace abuse.
